- Do you want a letter grade for the Course?
- How did you learn about my course?
- How will you be paying for the Course? Check or Credit?
- What format? Option #1 Hardcopy; #2 CD-ROM; #3 e-Book
If paying by Check - please send the ordering email and then send your check to Kitty Stellby, P.O. Box 327, San Juan Bautista, CA 95045.
If paying by Credit - please send the ordering email and then I will send you an invoice via Paypal.
The Course material will be sent upon receipt of payment and I will send you an email to confirm payment receipt and shipping date. For Hardcopy and CD, the shipping is by Priority Mail and is included in the price of the Course if within the U.S. (For addresses outside the U.S., extra shipping may apply or e-Book version is suggested.) Priority Mail usually takes less than 3 days for delivery. If ordering e-Book, it will be sent as an Attachment to my confirmation email.
